She couldn’t resist him any longer, and she knew he felt the same way.

So, when he leaned in to kiss her, it came as no surprise.

Their lips locked together, passion flowing through her body as the kiss went on. Hunter opened his mouth, and Casey did the same, their tongues playing with one another’s, his intoxicating taste filling her mouth.

It seemed wrong to her, to be with another of the Stone brothers so soon after being with Jake. But she couldn’t help herself. All of them had managed to cast the same spell on her, one that she couldn’t resist.

Hunter smirked through the kiss, that cocky grin that all of the brothers possessed. Then he placed his hand on the small of her back and leaned her backward, positioning himself above her. His cock was hard through his jeans, solid and stiff.

But Casey felt a surge of...something, a desire to not simply be dominated, but to take what she wanted. Hunter put his hand between her legs, rubbing her pussy and causing her hips to buck. Casey ground her body against his hand for a time, letting the pleasure build and build.

And as he touched her, as they kissed, the two of them stripped out of their clothes. Hunter’s body was incredible—he wasn’t the hulking mass of muscles that Jake might’ve been, but he was still built, strong and toned, his shoulders wide and his abs shredded. Casey couldn’t resist herself, and the moment he peeled off her panties, she moved out from under him, guiding him to a sitting position.

His cock pointed right up at her, dripping and thick and long. He was just as blessed in the size department as Jake, and she couldn’t wait to have it inside of her.

But the moment she straddled him, had his cock in her hand right below her cunt, he put his hand on her hip and stopped her.

“You know what this means, right?” he asked. “This isn’t like when we were teenagers. A grown alpha and omega together...that means we’re bonded, imprinted on each other. It means I’m going to claim you.”

“That’s what I want. I want to be yours.”

Hunter grinned—it was clearly the answer he’d wanted to hear.

Casey lowered her body, the head of Hunter’s prick grazing against her lips. She held it in place for a moment, savoring the way it felt against her waiting pussy. When she couldn’t take it anymore, she lowered herself down, bringing his cock inside of her.

Hunter groaned with pleasure, Casey closing her eyes and savoring each inch of his thick member. She had to squirm as she took the last few inches, his cock almost too much for her. But she was wet and slick, her walls spreading and accommodating his size.

She placed her hands on Hunter’s sculpted chest, leaning forward and letting her breasts hang in his face. Hunter opened his mouth and took one nipple into it, and then the other. Casey rocked back and forth, her hips grinding against his prick, the pleasure more and more intense with each movement.

“Ride me,” he growled, his voice commanding. “Just like that.”

She might’ve been the one on top, but an alpha was always in charge. Casey might’ve hated the idea at one time, but now that she was on top of him, his cock buried to the root inside of her, she loved it. She loved the intensity and ferocity of how the alpha brothers claimed her.

Hunter grabbed her ass hard, guiding her up and down, back and forth. The intensity on his face made it clear his orgasm was about to happen, and hers was right there with him.

Right in the middle of a series of bounces, the orgasm exploded through her body. Casey came hard, her walls coaxing Hunter’s orgasm out, his cock erupting inside of her and filling her pussy with his rich cum. She loved the feeling of it shooting into her, his prick pulsing with each spray of his seed.

When the orgasms faded, Casey caught her breath and leaned forward, resting her head on Hunter’s shoulder. He wrapped his thick arm around her body and brought her close.

She’d been claimed—again. But Casey knew it wasn’t enough.

And more than that, something told her that the future of the pack was in the balance.

  CHAPTER 14

  BRYCE

He was furious. The day was nearly over, and Bryce was seated at the table in the alpha cabin, Jake next to him and Hunter across.

Rage burned inside of him. He didn’t know what to say.

“He’s gone.” Those were the only words that managed to come out of his mouth.

“He’s gone,” Hunter said, confirming it.

  More silence.

“I...spoke to some of our allies in the city. They’re going to go to the apartment and get his body out of there. Once this is all done, we’ll give him the funeral he deserves.”

Their father was dead. Bryce didn’t know what to say or do.

“But Jasper,” said Jake. “He did it—and you killed him.”

Hunter nodded. “I know you both would’ve wanted revenge. And if times were different, I could’ve given it to you. But he needed to be taken out, and fast.”

“I get it,” said Bryce. “One of us had to be the one to snap his fucking neck. Wish it could’ve been me, but at least he’s dead.”

Jake leaned forward. “But there’s another matter—we’re the ones in charge now. Dad’s gone. He was the only alpha remaining.”

“What about James?” asked Hunter. “He’s the eldest alpha. Can’t he step up?”

Bryce shook his head. “The man’s not stepping up to do a damn thing. I’ve been looking after him since you and Casey left, and he’s a wreck.”

“He still in the bottle?” asked Hunter.

Bryce furrowed his brow, as if he didn’t know quite what to say.

“Nah, it’s not that. Haven’t seen him drink so much as a sip of beer. But he’s still a wreck.”

“Might be sobering up,” said Jake. “But either way, sounds like right now he’s next to useless.”

“Fucking hell,” said Hunter. “Then it’s really us, huh? We’re in charge of the Redtooth pack.”

“You know, I always wanted to be the one on top. But I always thought it’d be some day in the future, way, way in the future. Never thought it’d happen so soon.”

“Or happen like this,” said Bryce.

“But it’s what needs to happen,” said Hunter. “Dad’s gone, but you know if he could be here right now, he’d be pissed at us for every moment that passed without us doing something. And if we stand around trying to figure shit out, then that’s more time for Byron and the rest of them to finish what they started.”

Bryce turned to Jake. “I’ve been with James all day, getting that place of his in order. What’s the story with the pack betas?”

“They still need more training,” he said. “I’ve been working with them, trying to whip their asses into shape. They’re eager and ready to fight...but shit, it’ll be another month before they’re an army.”

“We don’t have a month,” said Hunter. “We need them ready to go in the next few days.”

“I’ll do my best,” said Jake. “But Byron and his men have numbers on their side.”

Bryce considered the matter, leaning forward in thought. “What if...we didn’t make it a matter of numbers?”

“What do you mean?” asked Jake.

“Byron’s the one leading this attack. Whatever he did, whatever he said, whatever he promised, he’s the one holding together the alliance between the packs.”

“Right,” said Hunter, nodding, appearing to get it. “The packs would never come together like this without someone leading them. If we managed to take him out...”

Jake spoke up. “They’d break apart just as quickly as he managed to get them together. They’d be weak for enough time for us to build up the Redtooth pack and make sure no one tries any bullshit like that again.”

“Sounds easy,” said Bryce. “Too easy. It’d mean we’d have to sneak into the Razor Claws grounds, assassinate Byron, and make it out in one piece.”

“Or...” said Jake. “The betas could make a frontal assault and provide a distraction. Th
en we could move in and go on the attack.”

“Right,” said Hunter. “One attack and we end this. If we managed to turn the tide against all the clans at once, they’d never think to try any bullshit like this again.”

Jake stood up. “I’ll speak to the betas, make sure they’re ready for an attack.”

Hunter was next to rise. “And I’ll gather the gammas—they wouldn’t be much in a fight, but they could do some valuable recon.”

Bryce knew what he needed to do. “We’re going to need to tell James what’s happening. He might not be in a position to help, but he’s still the eldest alpha. And I’ll make sure Casey’s doing all right.”

“Sounds like a plan,” said Jake. “We get ready, and tomorrow night, we can make our move. It’ll all come down to this.”

The brothers broke up and Bryce was alone. Casey filled his thoughts the moment he was apart from Jake and Hunter.

And there was more—they hadn’t said anything, but he could sense that they’d both imprinted on her. He was far from jealous. If anything, it made him realize how much he wanted her.

He left the alpha cabin, taking a look around the pack grounds as he made his way back to James and Casey’s place. Things were looking good—the grounds were cleaned up, the pack seemed ready, and there was eagerness in the air. The Redtooth grounds didn’t feel like a warzone any longer—more like a staging ground for their strike back.

When he reached Casey’s cabin, he found her out front.

“I can’t believe this,” she said as he approached. “The place looks...amazing.”

“Glad you like it,” said Bryce with a smile.

She wasn’t wrong. Bryce had spent the previous day hard at work. He’d cleaned up the garden, painted the sides of the cabin, and done a few other repairs around the place.

“It hasn’t looked like this in as long as I can remember,” she said. Casey threw her arms around Bryce and planted a kiss on his cheek. “You’re amazing.”

“Just doing what I can,” he said. “And I did some cooking for your dad while I was here. He hasn’t been eating well, wanted to make sure he didn’t get any worse.”

  “Has he...been still at it?”

“Nope,” said Bryce. “Believe it or not, he’s been mostly sleeping. Haven’t seen him take a drink all day.”

“Is that right?” asked Casey. “That’s not like him. Hoping it doesn’t mean he was too sick even to drink.”

“Whatever it was,” he said, “we’ll make sure he gets whatever help he needs once this is all over.”

Casey chewed on her lip, as if not sure what to say. “I...can’t believe what I’ve been seeing.”

  “What’s that?” asked Bryce.

“You guys. Back in high school, you three were fucking terrors, total spoiled brats. But these last few days, you’ve all shown sides that I didn’t think you had. Maybe...maybe you’re all ready to lead after all?”

Bryce grinned. “Let’s take down Byron before thinking too far ahead. I talked with my brothers, and we’re going to go on the attack, try to take out Bryce and break up the alliance of the packs.”

  “You think that can work?”

“It’s the best chance we have. We’re planning on striking tomorrow night.”

She shook her head as if in disbelief. “That means whatever happens...it’s going to happen soon.”

“We’re going to win. No doubt about it.”

Casey turned her attention to the cabin. “Let’s go inside.”

Bryce opened the door and let Casey in first. They both gasped what they saw.

It was...spotless. Totally clean. So clean that the kitchen counters gleamed in the sunlight that poured in.

“Wow,” said Casey. “You did the inside too? Impressive.”

“I...actually didn’t,” said Bryce. “The place was still a mess inside—bottles everywhere, dirty clothes.”

“Wait—then you’re saying my dad did this?”

Bryce shrugged. “Only thing I can think of.”

“Wait,” said Casey, hurrying over to the kitchen. “Let me...”

She opened the cabinets and looked inside.

  “Holy shit—no booze.”

“Really? Did...your dad drink it all?”

“If he did, he wouldn’t be standing to get rid of all the bottles.”

“Where is the old man, anyway?”

  “Good question.”

Together, Casey and Bryce looked around the cabin. But there wasn’t any trace of him.

“Wait,” said Casey, turning her attention to the kitchen table, where a small note remained. “Look.”

Bryce picked it up and read it aloud. “Case—doing what needs to be done. Be back soon.”

“What does that mean?” asked Casey.

“Maybe...he’s getting rid of the booze for good, spending some time away to clear his head.”

“I can only hope, you know?”

There was silence, Bryce setting down the note.

“Let’s go to my room. I need to take a minute.”

They did, stepping into Casey’s small bedroom. Bryce laughed as he took a look around.

“What’s so funny?” asked Casey with a smile.

“Nothing,” said Bryce. “Just remembering this room—looks the same as when we were in high school.”

Saying the words made Bryce’s cock twitch in his jeans. He thought back to those two weeks they’d spend together, how they’d done nothing but make love, the two of them unable to keep their hands off one another.

“That, except for the drawings you did of me all over the place.”

Bryce grinned. “You still have those? Bet you do.”

Casey smirked right back. “Oh, you think I wouldn’t dream of getting rid of your great art?”

“Maybe you wanted something to remember me by.”

“So full of yourself,” she said with a smile. “Some things never change, I guess. Anyway, let me check.”

Casey went to her closet, opened it up, and went through. As she did, Bryce locked eyes on her ass, unable to take his eyes off her perfect curves. All he could think about was mounting her like an animal, filling her with his throbbing cock.

She turned, a folder of papers in her hands. “Believe it or not, I’ve still got them.”

  “Let’s take a look.”

The two of them sat on the bed as Casey opened up the folder. Sure enough, it was full of pictures of Casey, all sketches done years ago. Some were of her dressed, others with her shirt off. As they flipped through the drawings, the pictures got racier and racier, fewer clothes on Casey’s body.

“I can’t believe I let you do this,” she said.

“You did it because you liked me,” said Bryce with a smile.

“Maybe I did. But I only liked you until...”

He knew what she was going to say—she was going to bring up what he’d done, how he’d cheated on her with the beta.

“I fucked up, Case,” he said. “That’s all I can say.”

“But...why’d you do it? Bryce, I thought we had something together.”

“We did. No doubt about it. And...that’s why I did it.”

  “I don’t understand.”

Bryce took in a deep breath. “I...cared about you, Case. More than I thought I would. I cared about you and started to develop feelings. And when I did...I got scared.”

She raised an eyebrow. “The great Bryce Stone? You got scared?”

“Worried that I’d fall too hard for you. I was immature as hell, ran off to some beta who I knew I wouldn’t have a future with.”

“It hurt, Bryce. I was too proud to admit it at the time, but it hurt like hell. Took me a long time to get over that...maybe I never did.”

“And maybe I never did either.”

  More silence.

Bryce knew what he had to say next. It wouldn’t be easy, but nothing about this situation was.

“I loved you, Case. And I never stopped. I don
’t know what that means to you now, but it’s how I feel.”

Casey turned to him, tears in her eyes. “I want to hate you. I want to tell you to fuck off. But...I know I feel the same way.”

They regarded each other for a long moment, neither sure what to say or do.

But Bryce knew what he wanted—her. He moved in quickly, planting his lips on Casey’s.

Part of him expected a slap, or at the very least, for her to push him away. But she didn’t. The two of them sank into the kiss, their hands moving all over one another’s bodies.

As he kissed her, he realized beyond a doubt that she’d already imprinted on his brothers. If he was to do the same...he knew what that meant.

But as they stripped one another out of their clothes, Casey on her back underneath him, it was all he could think about. He wanted her; he wanted to claim her. But she had to want it right back.

He drank in the sight of her, her skin pale, her nipples pink, her hips wide. She gazed up at him with her red lips open slightly and her green eyes wide. He needed her, right at that moment.

“You have to say it,” he said, his voice low, his long hair hanging down both sides of his face. “I need to hear it.”

She swallowed and licked her lips before speaking.

“I want you to claim me. I want to be yours.”

That was it—all he needed to hear. He leaned down for another kiss, her taste filling his mouth as he squeezed her breasts. She moaned as he placed his hand between her legs and dragged the side of his fingers over her slick cunt.

His cock throbbed, eager to be buried inside of her. Bryce couldn’t hold back any longer. His animal growled within, desperate to rut. He grabbed her by the hips and tossed Casey over onto her belly, her round ass pointing up at him.

“You want me to take you?” he said, his voice low and heated.

  “So...so fucking much.”

  “To claim you?”

  “...Please.”

He grinned, ready to let his animal run wild. Bryce slapped his palm down hard on Casey’s ass, a gasp pulling into her mouth as he did. His red handprint remained on her cheek as he wrapped his arm around his waist and pulled her up. With his other hand, he took hold of his cock, placing it between her lips and shoving it deep into her.
